How do I know when my order has been shipped and how can I track it?

  • You will receive an email when your order status changes. 
  • When your order has been collected by the couriers you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order's delivery process by using the tracking link on the notifications you receive. 
  • You can also access these details by visiting your Online Profile page at any time.


How do I use a Promo/Discount Code?

  • Promo/Discount Codes must be entered on the Checkout page.
  • Enter the Promo/Discount Code in the "Discount Code" section and click Apply.
  • If the Promo/Discount Code is valid, the applicable Promo/Discount will be applied to your order.
  • Please ensure you do this before making payment. Promo/Discount codes can not be applied after payment has been made.
  • Promos/Discounts are subject to our general Terms and Conditions and any specific Terms and Conditions relating to the Promo/Discount.


Why is my Promo/Discount Code not working?

  • Ensure that the Online Profile you are logged into is the same Online Profile that the Promo/Discount Code was sent to.
  • Ensure that the Promo/Discount Code has not expired.
  • Ensure that the Promo/Discount Code has been entered in correctly.


How do I submit a return/exchange request?

  • You will only be able to return items for orders that have been delivered.
  • Please read our Return Policy first.
  • To log a return/exchange, you need to log in to your Online Profile. You will see a list of your previous orders. 
  • Select the "Return" option next to the order that contains the item you would like to return. 
  • On the "Log a Return" screen, select the item(s) you would like to return/exchange and complete the rest of the required information.
  • Accept the Return Policy and then select Next. 
  • A confirmation screen will be displayed, showing you the options you have selected and the information you entered. If you are sure your selections are correct, you can "Confirm & Submit" the return.
  • Once we have received the Return request, we will be in contact within 5 Working days to discuss options and next steps. 

 
Can I change my shipping address once my order has been submitted?

  • Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to change the shipping address, however contact us immediately once you realise you entered the incorrect address, and we will assist if we can.
