General
- Refunds will only be given in the event of goods having a factory fault.
- In the event of a return due to a TAPE or factory fault, TAPE will cover the full shipping fees incurred.
- For products that are not faulty, we do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned within 30 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Clearance/Sale products may not be refunded or exchanged. All clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
- Refunds may take up to 5 working days.
How do I submit a return/exchange request?
- You will only be able to return items for orders that have been delivered.
- To log a return/exchange, you need to log in to your Online Profile. You will see a list of your previous orders.
- Select the "Return" option next to the order that contains the item you would like to return.
- On the "Log a Return" screen, select the item(s) you would like to return/exchange and complete the rest of the required information.
- Accept the Return Policy and then select Next.
- A confirmation screen will be displayed, showing you the options you have selected and the information you entered. If you are sure your selections are correct, you can "Confirm & Submit" the return.
- Once we have received the Return request, we will be in contact within 5 Working days to discuss options and next steps.
